The DiGiacomo Family

My sister, Emily, asked me to do their annual family Christmas shoot. As the kids get older, it's getting to be SO MUCH FUN! My niece, Charlotte, is a total DOLL and my nephew, Sam, couldn't have a cuter button nose. Although this shoot was short and sweet (lots of M&Ms for bribes!) as the sun set, we got some really cute shots! I can't wait for my next chance to play with them!

All Smiles!

Sweet Charlotte Belle

Beauty IS in the genes!
Sam was ready to move on to the next thing...

Emily had PLENTY of M&Ms on hand to keep the smiles going!

Love this barn shot!

Hay = Natural Smiles

What does the future hold in store for this mama and her baby girl?

Precious...

Sibling love ...

All because of these two people ...

They're on the road to a lifetime of happiness...

An old friend from back in the 'Vera Cruz School' days contacted me via Facebook after she saw some of the photos I took of my cousin's wedding. She asked if I'd be interested in shooting her wedding next February. It sounded like a wonderful time so I told her I'd do it. She decided to add an engagement shoot so she had some photos to use for the holidays. Here are some of the shots we got up at my mom's horse farm on South Mountain. It was a beautiful afternoon!

Jen & Josh

October is a WONDERFUL month for a wedding! My sweet friend, Jen, asked me to do the photography for her wedding. She and Josh were made for each other so I was honored for her to have asked me to capture their special (and long-awaited!) day.

My sister, Emily, helped by shooting the men as they prepared at Josh and Jen's house ...

Over at Jen's parents' house, I had a blast photographing the girls' prep...

Jen was going to get ready in her bedroom, but the lighting in the newly added 'sun room', was too good to pass up. We relocated the dress and accessories and continued the pre-bridal shots.

I loved the signs that decorated the house ... every room had a positive message hanging from the wall. No wonder Jen is such a wonderful person!

Jen got the bridesmaids these cute flip flops for the reception...

This necklace was one of the gifts Jen gave each of her bridesmaids ... so pretty!

Her first glimpse WITH the veil ... boy did that bring on the tears! :)

Dad had a few tears too ...

It was getting VERY emotional, so Jen's dad decided to perk things up with his 'new do'!

Jen arranged all the flowers herself ... she did an amazing job!

Dad was patiently waiting to drive Jen down to the limo ... they live down a dirt lane and the limo couldn't make it to the house!

This is one of my personal favorites ...

One final glance before the big moment ...

We weren't able to do many outside shots before the wedding because it was a rainy day, but the limo ride to the American Club in Coplay was lots of fun (despite the WILD driver!) and allowed for some cool shots...

Crafty Jen also made the bows on the girls' purses ... these were part of their bridesmaids' gifts...

Due to the rain, the ceremony had to be held inside where the reception was to be held. It was comfortable (and DRY!) and worked out very well as a Plan B...

Jen's sister is a pastry chef and made her cake so it was EXTRA special SWEET!

The tears were flowing as Jen and her dad walked down the aisle ...

I do ...

The Kiss ....
Announcing Mr. & Mrs. Josh Gabriel ...

After the ceremony, we braved the stormy weather for some good outdoor lighting in the gazebo and surrounding lawn area ...

Siblings ...

We finally had our chance to do some 'fall foliage' shots!

First Dance ...
The Father/Daughter Dance was full of emotion ... lots of smiles to start and a few tears too ...

The Mother/Son Dance was even more tearful ... Josh's mom has been battling cancer so it was a blessing for her to be able to share his special day ...

More reception shots ...

The cake looked even BETTER when it was cut ... YUM!

Jen's Grandpa was FEISTY!

Brian and I even got in on the Photo Booth action!!

There was no lack of dancing ... these people knew how to PARTAY!

The Last Dance ... it was a beautiful day!
